Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG) is a title insurance underwriter and provider of settlement services. But we offer so much more.

Senior Account Executive

Experienced representative who will grow relationships with current and future attorney agents and real estate professionals to enhance sales of title insurance.  

Account Executive

Grow relationships with current and future attorney agents and real estate professionals to enhance sales of title insurance. Sales, marketing, and title insurance experience a plus, but not required.

Title Examiner

Prepares Chains of Title, Commitments, and other title-related documents for Real Estate transactions. Provides exceptional customer service to ATG members and customers.

Search Manager

ATG is looking for an experienced, responsible, knowledgeable manager to lead one of our core departments.

System Administrator

Prevent problems and improve information technology system performance. Assist in providing day to day support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. We're looking for a hardworking, creative, and knowledgeable IT professional.


All insurance companies have regulatory requirements, checking agent compliance with those regulations is key. Our Training and Procedures Consultants perform this role by assessing ATG member-agents' internal controls and procedures relating to title insurance issuance and escrow accounting.

Closing Processor

This position is primarily responsible for the preparation of closing documents. Coordination with and dissemination of information to parties involved in the transaction is an essential component of the position. This position also involves scheduling, confirming, and closing package coordination. In remote offices, they will assist an Office Administrator in all office functions.

Closing Representative — Waukesha, Wisconsin

Our Closing Representatives gather information and coordinate the preparation of closing documents, which include but are not limited to the Closing Disclosure (CD), HUD-1, and ALTA Settlement Statement. They also schedule and confirm closings, and coordinate closing packages.

Financial Reporting and Database Analyst

This position is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting actual results, preparing forecasts and budgets, and working with the Information Technology (IT) Department to ensure system requirements of the Finance Department are adequately communicated and prioritized. 

Disbursement Accounting Manager

Manages the Disbursement Accounting Department operations, including all receipts and disbursements for real estate transactions.

Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller is responsible for managing the accounting function, including ensuring the accuracy of corporate financial reports.

Rockford Closer

Performs all staff closer duties including clerical functions, preparation of documents, and conducts closings.  

Senior Closing Officer

Prepares documents required by lenders for closing transactions; conducts closings; supports the Closing Manager, Independent and Member Closer training; and responds to member, lender and closer questions regarding closings.
